There are people in the world who center themselves by going back to their childhood home for the weekend, spending the day at the spa, or some intense retail therapy.

I center myself by making lists.

To do lists.
Fave song lists.
Tattoos I want lists.
Art supplies I still need lists.
Movies I’ve seen at home lists.
Movies I’ve seen in theaters lists
Books I’ve read lists.
Concerts I’ve been to lists.
Mood lists.
Gift lists.
Birthday lists.
Appointment lists.

You get it?

I love lists. They make me feel collected. I know where I am and where I’m going and all I have to figure out is WHAT I’m going to do to get that item on the list crossed off.

It’s a challenge.

A mission.

DRIVE.

I drive.

Okay, jk.

My point is: I transferred my bucket list from my last blog to this one since this is home base now. Updating it filled me up with an excitement I haven’t felt in a while. It helped me see I’m not as behind as I’ve been feeling and I still got lot to look forward to.
